Any tickets that are found to be fraudulently obtained or forged will be denied at point of entry. If you have tickets that are stolen or missing please report it immediately to Ticketek to ensure the old ones can be cancelled and new ones reissued.
Unauthorised Sellers List
Ticketmaster Resale, VIAGOGO, Ebay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia, Ticket Merchant, Ticket Blaster, TicketBis, Queenoftickets or any other unauthorised re-seller.
Buyer beware… Some of these unauthorised sellers purchase the top ads on search engines and take great care in using the same information as our web pages and sometimes even our logos. The dead giveaway is always the price of tickets as some sites triple the price of the ticket. DO NOT GET CAUGHT OUT. Prepare and do your research prior to getting caught up in the excitement of presales, ensure you are on the correct website and if you are unsure always call the Box Office.
What do I do if I have purchased my tickets off an unauthorised seller?
Unfortunately when this occurs the Box Office is unable to help you with refund etc as these ticket were purchased under a different name and as such we do not hold any record of your purchase or account. The Box Office staff can sell you a new seat (if available) however you will need to go back to the agent who sold you the original ticket to secure a refund. We always recommend that any fraudulent purchases be reported to QLD Fair Trade to ensure that we can stamp out this problem.
